Oh I’d like to just mention that there were a few funny things I was able to photograph during my stay.

Monday was a pack up and go day. The plane left at 4:30pm, but we woke up late around 10 or 11am, packed our stuff and left. I kinda miss the Bong House, it was cozy there… and it had heated floors…
The flight back was only a 60 minute flight as we had a lot of tail wind. However, the bus ride from Kansai International Airport back to Hirakata-shi was 90 minutes long… ouch.
Ok so now before I wrap this up, thank you for reading my longest post ever (even though technically it is a series). It’s was a total of approximately 3900 words, and was originally gonna be one post, but i had mercy on you and separated it into 5 posts. So, for some added entertainment, i went through the pain staking process of editing over an hours worth of footage i took in Korea down to a respectable 18 minute video (in 3 parts). So check them out!
Ok and some more random pics that were taken:

I loved Korea. But do I like Korea better than Japan? Can’t say… I’ve been living in Japan for a while now, and I’ve only had a glimpse of Seoul as a tourist, they’re incomparable. It’s also comparing living in a small town like Hirakata vs. Living in the capital city of a nation (i use “living” loosely here). However, one thing is for certain: One of the best things I’ve done during my stay in Japan, was to go to Korea.

My final impression: Korea Rocks!
Ciao for Now!

Fantastic!! You had me laughing so hard through all 5 of your posts I am pretty sure I woke up a few of the people trying to sleep next to me at the airport cause I am getting a few dirty looks as I come back to the real world.. yeah I had an 8 hour layover.
wicked sick stuff dude. so many funny moments, good effort
Hi Jace, I checked out your time in Korea, that is awesome!! I wonder though, how you manage with the food.. you know being a fussy eater and all… Will you be doing the same thing for your backpacking trip in Japan as well… ? Well done, great work…
MERRY CHRISTMAS. WE LOVE YOU!!!
the food in korea was good, spicy, but really good. so it wasn’t really a problem
Great job, loved the blog and the videos, thanks for showing us some of the details that we here in Rhode Island, USA have heard about but up to now could only imagine.
