“Hi ish, dad and amy-chan! thought id send this to you too

Nah getting lost is fun, because we get to see more of the area lol  Didn’t really panic.

We found food, all the places were kinda closed on sunday, but we found a nearby supermarket etc.  Unfortunately we cant cook in our apartments until orientation week (this week) is over, so we can only eat pre-packaged stuff and we dont know what half the shit is so its really hard to find food.  I think ive probably lost like 3kgs coz im always hungry and we have to walk everywhere all day long.

We have 2 english guys in our apartment, 2 canadians and 2 americans. they’re all really cool, we all hang out talking and joking around till like 1am its pretty good.

We went out to karaoke last night, about a 40 minute walk away.  But we each paid 1000 yen ($13), for 1 hour of karaoke and ALL YOU CAN DRINK!!!!!!!!!! sooo much fun and sooo cheap.

Just had my placement tests today, i got smashed, im definitely going straight to the lowest class, which is fine by me lol

Oh and something i didnt tell u guys… typical classic jason.  On my way from the airport to the dorm rooms i kinda… left my sleeping machine on a train. :| yep, lost it… however! I chased it up and Japanese Railways found it and are going to courier it to me tomorrow LOL  i fail SOOOOOOOO BAD as a human being.

Oh and this is more for Amy, but i ate at an Okonomiyaki place yesterday, it was AMAZING!!!  Right around the corner from my dorm too.  It was this tiny little store and this little old japanese lady rocked.  She gave us these coupons that she made for 50 yen off the next time we come in, and she hand drew a crappy snoopy on it lol go effort! but im definitely going back – yummmmmm

I still don’t really have the internet, the real problem is that i dont have any adaptors to charge my laptop or anything.  So i have to use the computer lab at uni or at my dorm, but they both suck.  It’s also weird because all our websites show up in Japanese.

And no, i don’t understand Japanese TV lol.

Miss you all, but im having a great time in Japan.  Im gonna pay my fee’s tomorrow, and buy a *pink* bike within the next few days.  Also im going register myself as an “Alien” … … awesome.
